It's the Work (and Details) That Makes the Magic!

 

This is the Disney difference.

About a week ago, I shared a picture of my favorite pen - one I received from attending a Disney Institute course in September. It had broken.

This week, I received this in the mail. 

Perfection.

I did not ask for a new pen. However, even if I had I would have never expected a replacement for the replacement, a notebook, Mickey confetti, decals, and a handwritten note.

Everything matters. The details are what makes the difference.
